فَمَن شَاءَ ذَكَرَهُ (12) (عبس)

أَيْ فَمَنْ شَاءَ ذَكَرَ اللَّه تَعَالَى فِي جَمِيع أُمُوره وَيَحْتَمِل عَوْد الضَّمِير إِلَى الْوَحْي لِدَلَالَةِ الْكَلَام عَلَيْهِ .
