تفسير ابن كثر - سورة الفجر - الآية 13

فَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّكَ سَوْطَ عَذَابٍ (13) (الفجر)

أَيْ أَنْزَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ رِجْزًا مِنْ السَّمَاء وَأَحَلَّ بِهِمْ عُقُوبَة لَا يَرُدّهَا عَنْ الْقَوْم الْمُجْرِمِينَ .
